RTD Talos is structured in three main Departments (the Business Development Department, the Public Sector Department and the Private Sector Department).

All three Departments are specialized in specific scientific themes and are reinforced by expert personnel, of excellent academic knowledge, professional experience and skills for managing the Organisation’s Customer Relations’ network, covering in the best way possible the thematic area of each Department.

Furthermore, the organizational structure of RTD Talos is reinforced by the Management Department, which includes Customer Service, Secretarial Support, Accounts and Information Systems’ Management.

The Management Department seeks to provide the best quality in the provision of services towards the client as well as towards the remaining Departments of the Organisation in the most effective and fast manner.
