Demetris Xenophontos graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Chemistry. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cyprus.
He worked as a chemical analyst for Remedica Ltd. in the pharmaceutical industry for one year and as a Revenue Manager at the hospitality group Louis Hotels for three years. In February 2025, he joined the RTD Talos team as a Project Manager.
