Our client New Helvetia Hotel, completes the largest renovation in its almost 100-year history!
The New Helvetia Hotel in the enchanting Platres, returns renewed while maintaining its tradition and unique identity.
RTD Talos contributed to this major project, offering specialized consulting services to support and successfully secure a grant for the project through the “Grant Scheme for Upgrading Projects of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations in Rural, Mountainous and Remote Areas for the Modernization and Improvement of the Competitiveness of the Tourism Product”, of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
The renovation project included radical upgrades to the common areas, rooms and hospitality infrastructure, with the aim of qualitatively upgrading the guest experience and improving the hotel’s response to the wishes of the modern traveler.
