Elpida Christou is a Ph.D. candidate and Master’s holder in Special and Inclusive Education by the University of Cyprus, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Athens.
She has experience implementing EU and National funded projects, as she worked in several Organizations in Greece and Cyprus. Moreover, as a Researcher has many years of experience and her research interests focus on diversity and social inclusion, accessibility, the role of media, inclusive education; as well as advocacy and policy for people with disabilities, facing barriers accessing the labor market and social life.
Since November 2024, has been working at the Talos Development Organization as a Project Management Consultant in the Public Sector Projects Department.
She has excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
